The study was performed to determine mineral nutrition preferences and the morphological response against salt stress of rootstocks used in Turkey. 41B, 5BB, 140Ru, Salt Creek, SO4 were as rootstocks, NaCl at concentrations 0 (control), 0.75, 1.5 g L-1 applied plantlets grown MS medium. values all shoot root properties examined this experiment decreased with increasing compared control plants. highest damage degree seen on while there no Creek plantlets. Shoot tolerance ratios rootstock found be best among rootstock. These higher 0.75 than concentration. Leaf chlorophyll nutrient content negatively affected by doses.
